Premature hair loss: The simple treatment that may work

premature hair loss
Prince William began losing his hair from his early 20s.

Premature hair loss is very frequent nowadays.

Swedish hair specialist Dr Fred Zuli and Italian scientist Dr Falvio Ferrari put it down to four reasons: stress, vices, pollution and poor nutrition.

Crash diets, weight loss, and low iron levels are other reasons why you may notice hair falling out or changes to hair growth.

While premature hair loss can be alarming, it’s important to remember that the earlier thinning hair is noticed, the easier it may be to treat.

If you’re like me and you take pride in your appearance, you will do everything in your power to look your best.

I was one of the unfortunate ones to start losing hair in my 20’s.

I went through a stressful period in my life when I was 24 and during this time, I also noticed my hair getting thinner.

I was not getting enough sleep, not eating enough healthy foods and generally just not taking care of myself.

I panicked and turned the internet upside down in search of a solution and tried lots of things but none of them worked except for apple cider vinegar mixed with cayenne pepper.

This simple mixture of apple cider vinegar and cayenne pepper is a topical circulation aid that you can prepare yourself.

I’ve been using ACV with cayenne for over a year now and I can say without a doubt, that it DOES stimulate hair growth.

Mixing up and applying apple cider vinegar with cayenne pepper couldn’t be easier.

Just follow these steps:

1. Take 2 Tablespoons of ACV and a pinch of cayenne powder and mix it well in an empty glass.

2. Massage it gently on the affected scalp areas for 2-3 minutes.

3. Leave it on for 1 to 2 hours, then rinse your hair with lukewarm water followed by shampoo.

When selecting an ACV brand, make sure you’re getting the good stuff.

Purchase only those vinegars that are labeled to have the ‘The Mother’ – which contains all the bacteria and enzymes that make this product so powerful.

Do this treatment once or twice a week and I recommend giving it a go for at least six weeks before making your own judgement.

Good luck!
