The postpartum diet Kardashian used helped her lose 60 pounds after her first baby and 70 pounds after her second.

In an interview with Elite Daily, Colette Heimowitz says that Kardashian incorporated three key diet tips into her postpartum meal plan.

1. Eat a lot of protein.

2. When you eat carbs, make sure they have high fiber.

3. Make sure you have some healthy fat with every meal.

4. Heimowitz also suggested regular exercise. The best way to achieve a lean & toned body after pregnancy is through a healthy, low-calorie diet and plenty of exercise.
